If I Book now, can I Reschedule my Booking if COVID-19 restrictions haven't lifted?

How Long is your Hire Period?

Our standard Hire Period is Thursday/Friday through to Monday, but our Hire Periods can be customised to suit your event requirements.

Can I Pick-up my Order?

Most of our Hire Equipment must transported by our own Delivery Crew, but we do allow Customers to transport smaller items like glassware, cutlery and linen. In this case, collection must be in a van, wagon or enclosed truck. We do not allow transportation in a ute and/or trailer.

When Can I Pick-up my Order?

The week before your hire, we will contact you to book-in a collection time. Your Hire Items are are due back between 8am-12pm Monday (unless we have agrees on an alternative).

How Much is Delivery?

Our delivery rates are calculated based on the delivery location, the volume of your order and the days/time that the delivery is required. Note: A weekday delivery/pick-up is always cheaper than a weekend delivery/pick-up.

When will you Deliver my Order?

The week before your hire, we will contact you to confirm your delivery day/time. Please let us know if you have a preferred delivery time when you submit your Quote Request.

How do I get a Quote?

Simple! Just pop the items you are interested in into your online Quote Request. Then we receive it, we will check availability and email you a quote.

Do You Have a Showroom?

We sure do! Please Contact Us to request a Showroom appointment.

Are There any Hidden Costs?

No. Our published prices include GST and we do not charge a Damage Waiver. Cleaning fees will be applicable on cutlery and crockery not returned rinsed.

Do you have a Minimum Hire Amount?

Yes, we have a minimum hire amount of $100 (+ delivery if required)
